Mahila Bal Yuva Kendra

MBYK established in 1981 as a non-profit making voluntary rural development organization. It was established by the committed people working in the field of social work and development. The organization was registered on 12th March 1987 under the societies registration act XXI of 1860 at Patna Bihar. The organization aims to form grass root groups and initiate social action for development by empowering women and downtrodden groups specifically.

  • To improve the health status of mother and child by creating self-sustainable health care services
  • To empower women and youth by their involvement in development action
  • To initiate income generation programme for rural poor

An awareness camp on climate change

Mahila Bal Yuva Kendra organized a seminar on World Environment Day, where participants pledged to plant a sapling on their birthdays and avoid using polythene bags, promoting environmental sustainability.Renowned social worker,Prabhavati Devi highlighted the urgency of addressing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
